Our History

During the recession of the early 1990s, our co-founders joined their individual areas of expertise in accounting, law and hospitality to transform a foreclosed asset in Upstate New York. It quickly became evident that their combined knowledge and skillset would establish Vista as an industry leader. Since then, Vista has carved a remarkable success story in both the United States and Canada.

Vista Hospitality Group was Founded

Vista Hospitality Group was founded in 1991 to launch an enterprise dealing in real estate, leveraging the founders’ experience in accounting and law

Apart from acquisitions and dispositions, Vista started working with a public company, The Griffin Corporation, whereby they vended in one of their office buildings as an asset to buy shares in 1999 and began working with Vista in 2001 to source opportunities.
