The Vista Hospitality Group is pleased to announce the purchase of the Graduate by Hilton New Haven, Connecticut.

The acquisition transaction closed on September 16, 2026.

The Graduate by Hilton New Haven, Connecticut has 72 guestrooms and is located at 1151 Chapel St. New Haven. CT 06511 within miles of the world-renowned Yale University. Guests can enjoy meals at the lower-level hidden gem Old Heidelberg with locally inspired cocktails, beer and wine alongside German bar snacks and fresh popcorn and Lobby level Pointdexter Coffee serving coffee and breakfast foods. The property also boasts a 1,248 SF Majestic Room to host a wide range of events, corporate meetings, board retreats, seminars, banquets, weddings, social gatherings, academic receptions and university related functions.
